2009 London Marathon

Congratulations!

The 2009 Flora London Marathon was a great success for the North West Air Ambulance.  Dr & Sarah Ioannou after completing the marathon

For the second year running we had a record number of competitors took part and we would like to thank all of them for their monumental fundraising efforts.

The gruelling 26.2 miles through the nations capital provided a spectacle for the world to watch and provided an unforgettable experience for all our competitors.

Father and daughter duo, John and Sarah Ioannou completed the run together and had an unforgettable day. John, a former doctor also completed the 2008 London Marathon on behalf of the North West Air Ambulance.
