There are still plenty of overtime shifts available for March - if anybody is interested, please give me a call
Following recent conversations with Paul about trying to build flexibility into the rota i have devised a test format for April and May, a link to which is attached below. Could you please let me have some feedback about the suggested shifts. You will note that they are completely random and there is no fixed pattern which affords the longer breaks between shifts and weekends off!
